Little long, but definitely worth the read. My wife and I could not have had a better experience buying a home. We moved to Alexandria not knowing anybody from here. At first, we searched all the adds we could find for rental properties as we were beginning new jobs and easing into the area as a new husband and wife with our puppy. It was very difficult finding anything in budget of quality with the puppy in tow. So, we started randomly walking into realtors asking about rentals. We continued to have no luck until we were helped by Justin. He immediately took us in under his wing and helped us for months as we commuted long distance to work. He helped us search all the possibilities and even questioned other realtor listings for potential rental opportunities. With no luck in the rental department, we had finally saved enough money for the down payment of our first home. We then switched gears and Justin helped us find a diamond in the rough. We looked at an older Craftsman style home the first day it hit the market. With lots of interest from other buyers we were able to seal a deal before they could get something together. In that time frame Justin inspected the house with a fine comb just as I did for any red flags. I also took his recommendations on different inspectors we had in the house with which I had the utmost trust in once I met them. He brought much experience into researching and buying the right house for the money we spent. We were very elated with our purchase, definitely no buyer's remorse! I think that was due to the many hours spent inspecting the old house for any major repairs, which Justin never missed a minute. After the purchase he even helped with some of the repair and painting, I think just because he was so happy for the purchase of our first home as a new husband and wife.
